Pokemon Showdown Online

(IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not trying to start a flame war. I am merely more familiar with Pokemon Showdown than with Pokemon Online) After looking through the internet looking for Let's Plays/Nuzlockes of Reborn, I found out some background on the game, and how the Pokemon Online Server came first.

In Pokémon showdown there is a secret tier known to us who try new things and click on random tiers.

This tier is only available in PM battles and will never count to competitive ladder so it's all fun.

This special tier is called 'Custom Battles'. But don't worry you don't have to custom the game, just the Pokémon.

And I know what you be thinking..'MORE THAN 4 MOVES WHAT?!' But yeah don't worry it's all legit and all the moves are useable.

Summary: Custom Battles is a special tier where your Pokémon can be level 9999 and have stats beyond belief.
